VAF Students

VAF has a wide variety of students. Men, women, girls, and boys from ages 6 to 60+ fence at VAF.

VAF offers a wide variety of classes, enabling you to take a class with people in your age and skill range, and with people who have the same fencing goals that you do.

VAF has one of the largest youth programs in the country. We have classes for:

• 4-5 year olds
• 6-8 year olds
• 9-13 year olds
• Teenagers
• Adults

VAF's fencers include:

• International competitors
• National gold and silver medalists
• Virginia state champions
• Junior Olympians
• Fencing historians
• Thespians
